1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the main4d gaming platform (hereinafter "the Platform," "the Website," or "main4d"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the main4d website accessible at https://main4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces through which gaming services are provided.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your main4d Account Balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Winnings" means any monetary amount won through gaming activity on the Platform, credited to your Account Balance and subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an Account and use the Platform. 3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Indonesia. You represent that you are not subject to any legal incapacity or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or engaging in online gaming activities. If you are acting as an agent or representative of any third party, you confirm that you have proper authorization to bind that party to these Terms.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts," "multi-accounting," or "double-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of duplicate Accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You acknowledge that main4d will use this information for identity verification, communication, compliance with regulatory requirements, and fraud prevention.

During the registration process, you will select a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

main4d is required by law and our licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide, upon request or as part of the registration process, copies of the following documents:

• Identity Verification: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - Indonesian National Identity Card) showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and ID number. The KTP must be current and not expired.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, with all text on the KTP clearly visible. This confirms that the person registering matches the identity document provided.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address matching your registration details.

main4d employs both automated verification systems and manual compliance review. Most verifications complete within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. You may be able to make deposits and place bets before verification is complete, but withdrawal privileges are restricted until KYC is fully approved. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe or submission of fraudulent or altered documents will result in Account suspension and potential permanent closure.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username, password, and any security questions confidential and not disclosing them to any third party
• Notifying main4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public computers
• Ensuring your registered email address and phone number remain current and accessible for security notifications
• Using strong, unique passwords that are not used for other online services

main4d will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be reported to our support team immediately as it may indicate a phishing attempt or security threat.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and vary by payment method. There are no fees charged by main4d for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. Deposit processing times are typically instant for Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallet transactions during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside business hours or during bank system maintenance windows may experience delays.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Exceptions may be granted in specific circumstances at main4d's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-related funds.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal processing times vary by Account tier and payment method. Bronze members typically receive withdrawals within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours; Silver members receive priority processing (thirty minutes to twelve hours); Gold VIP members enjoy expedited withdrawals (fifteen minutes to six hours). First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time for enhanced security verification.

main4d reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits based on Account tier, verification status, and applicable regulations. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account settings.

5.3 Fees

main4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution may charge fees for processing transactions. Any currency conversion fees imposed by banks or payment processors are the responsibility of the User. You are encouraged to contact your bank or payment provider for their fee schedules.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. main4d will not cancel or modify bets after placement except in cases of obvious system error or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

main4d reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close Accounts in cases where:

• Bets are placed by or for the benefit of any person under 21 years of age
• Bets are placed using exploits, errors, loopholes, or bugs in the Platform software
• Irregular betting patterns suggest collusion, arbitrage betting, or advantage play
• Bets are placed on events where the outcome was already known
• Technical errors result in incorrect odds being displayed

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets including football leagues (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, etc.), basketball, tennis, and other sports, settlement is based on official results as declared by the governing sports organization. In cases of postponement, abandonment, or venue change, main4d's specific sports betting rules (available on the Platform) will govern bet settlement.

Live in-play betting is subject to acceptance delays designed to ensure fairness and prevent latency-based advantages. main4d reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at its discretion, particularly for unusual betting patterns or during volatile market conditions.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical dealing equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. main4d guarantees that game outcomes are fair, random, and not manipulated by the Operator.

Users engaging in irregular play patterns designed to abuse bonus systems or game features (such as betting opposite positions simultaneously, low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, or timing exploitation) may have their bonuses and winnings voided and Accounts suspended.

6.4 Lottery Games

For togel and other lottery products, draw results are based on official outcomes from the relevant lottery authority or main4d's certified random draw system. Draw schedules, prize structures, and payout odds are displayed on the Platform and may vary by game variant.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

main4d offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotional page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "turnover requirements" or "rollover requirements") which specify the number of times bonus funds or the combined bonus and deposit amount must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. 7.2 Bonus Eligibility

7.4 Bonus Abuse

main4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of the bonus terms. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: deliberately delaying game rounds to bet after bonus expiry, exploiting software bugs to generate artificial wagering volume, betting opposite outcomes simultaneously, or coordinating with other Users to manipulate bonus systems.

9.1 Suspension by main4d

main4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Users. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation.

9.2 Termination by main4d

main4d may terminate your Account and these Terms at any time for breach of Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or at our discretion for any other reason. Upon termination, your Account Balance (minus any disputed amounts, bonuses, or winnings obtained through violation of Terms) will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

9.3 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is available for periods of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account or the Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While main4d strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be error-free. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. main4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability of the Platform.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, main4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or One Hundred Million Indonesian Rupiah (IDR 100,000,000), whichever is lower.

10.3 Third Party Services

The Platform incorporates games and services from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others). main4d is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party gaming software, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

11.2 Governing Law

By using the Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts with authority over such disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

main4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address and by prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before taking effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
